Love dogs? So do we  We are the nations’ leading dog training company, The Dog Wizard.  Our location in South Tampa is looking for someone with at least one year experience in pet industry to join our team of devoted dog training service providers.  This position, Kennel Technician, is a critical component of our success, as our technicians are highly trained professionals who provide top of the line care to our customers dogs.  You will learn the Wizard Way and be responsible for the general care of our customers both two legged and four legged.  Your responsibilities will include feeding, medication administration, exercising, and most important of all, cleaning  You will also be expected to represent the company to our human customers by answering phones, making reservations, general record keeping.  Advancement and training opportunities available. Position Overview:
  • This person will be expected to perform a variety of activities including answering phones, making reservations, and general office and pet care record-keeping duties.
  • The right team member will be expected to provide, in addition to exceptional pet care service, the utmost in customer service. We are an active pet boarding and training facility in the heart of Fort Myers, FL.

Job Details:
  • Job Types: Part-time.
  • Salary: From $15.00 per hour, raise after 30 days
  • Work Remotely: No.

Schedule:
  • Tue - Fri 1pm-8pm and Saturdays and Sundays 
  • Some weekends (Sat-Sun) Split shift (6am-10am & 4pm-9pm). Should live close by since split shift.
  • Holidays.
  • Weekends.

Experience:
  • Pet Care: 1 year. (Preferred)

Shift availability:
  • Day Shift (Preferred).
  • Night Shift (Preferred).
