About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our general aviation maintenance team. In this role, you’ll ensure all maintenance and repairs meet FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards. You’ll also lead a team of technicians to maintain safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform final inspections on aircraft maintenance to ensure FAA and company compliance.
  • Ensure all maintenance follows FAA rules and best practices.
  • Keep detailed records of inspections and repairs.
  • Oversee maintenance staff, ensuring proper procedures and safety protocols.
  • Implement quality control audits and suggest process improvements.
  • Coordinate with FAA and other regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly calibrated.
  • Enforce safety regulations and collaborate with customers and the Service Manager.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, with 2+ years in quality control.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in aircraft maintenance.
  • FAA A&P License and Inspection Authorization (IA).
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics, and work in various conditions.

Preferred:
  • Experience with digital record-keeping and FAA audits.
  • Leadership experience in aviation maintenance.
