As a Stockroom Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and supporting the overall success of the store.

Job Overview:As a Stockroom Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all stockroom operations, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient stockroom environment. You will lead a team of Retail Associates, manage incoming shipments, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Duties:
  • Supervise and train Retail Associates in stockroom procedures
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise to prevent damage or loss
  • Oversee receiving processes, including processing inbound deliveries
  • Implement and enforce company operational processes related to stockroom management
  • Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Assist in merchandising activities and floor moves as needed
Experience:
  • Previous experience in retail management or stockroom supervision preferred
  • Proficiency in inventory control practices
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.50 per week
