Education Sales Specialist

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a retail beauty or cosmetic environment.
- Work Hours: The requirement of 20-25 hours in-store per week and an additional 2-3 hours of desk work.
- Meetings: Weekly 1-on-1 with the National Manager every Monday.
- In-Store Presence: 4-5 days in-store to support sales growth, provide education/training for retail partners, and assist with in-store events (Fridays, Saturdays, and most Sundays focused on retailer visits and sales support).
- Reporting: Weekly reports are due every Sunday evening.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation (car) and be willing to travel throughout the San Francisco/Bay Area to visit retail partners.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to carry event materials and heavy boxes of products for events/store visits.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Download a GPS Location App: The candidate will install a GPS location app on your phone for tracking purposes.
- Complete a DMV Background Check: Candidates will undergo a DMV background check as part of the application process.
- Log Mileage for Reimbursement: To qualify for travel reimbursement, remember to log your mileage using the AVON system (Concord).
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: Remember that these positions are contract-to-hire roles, offering the potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Reporting: Collaborate with the Regional Account Executive to discuss strategies for sales growth in the assigned region, including in-store activations, sales reports, and future B&M retail opportunities in New Jersey.
- Training and Development: Deliver in-store brand and product training while identifying plans and opportunities to enhance B&M sales growth for retail partners.
- Event Support: Assist with high-profile in-store events, retailer-led initiatives, and branded promotions to effectively engage retail partners.
- Weekly Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports on in-store events, brand performance, and retailer activities.
