The House of Sports, Westchester's premier indoor sports and entertainment facility, is seeking a Youth Soccer Director.  This role would oversee all soccer programming for children ages 2 years old and up, which includes clinics, holiday camps and summer camps.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program management: Planning, developing, and implementing sports programs for all ages and skill levels.
  • Directly responsible for all aspects of the Soccer Department with the oversight and execution of soccer and multi-sport programs for children ages 2 to 8 years old.    
  • Budget management: Developing and managing program budgets.
  • Execute programming and expand participation for soccer programs including clinics, camps and special events.  
  • Evaluate and build upon soccer curriculums and program structure.  
  • Deliver a high-level of customer service in terms of addressing program questions, handling registration and giving feedback. 
  • Staff management: Hiring, training, and managing coaches.
  • Must be able to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Implement company policy and procedure to ensure a safe and first-in-class customer experience.

Experience and Background:

  • Enthusiastic and energetic individual that can communicate well with both children and parents.
  • Creative, budget conscious and goal oriented.
  • Experience managing coaches/instructors preferred.
