Janitorial Supervisor

$300 sign-on bonus

We are looking to fill immediate positions for Evening working Managers. The shift would start at 430 pm, Monday through Friday, and on-call every third weekend

Entry-level positions are available with a Minimum of 2 years of Relevant Cleaning Experience and some leadership position experience. $16.50 starting.

• 3 years of Cleaning experience and 2 years Service related management experience. $18.00 starting.
• 3 years of Commercial Cleaning experience and 3 plus years Service related Management experience. $19.00 starting.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of team members
• Support our ongoing training program ensuring team members are adequately performing  tasks
• Frequent written and verbal communications
• Perform walk-through inspections of accounts
• Follow and enforce company policies, operating procedures, and account specification
• Make sure accounts have equipment and supplies
• Monitor nightly schedules, ensuring accounts are completed
• Train, assist, and guide team members
• Cover accounts as needed

• Maintain a safe work environment
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Pass a background check
• Have a valid Driver's License
• 3 years of custodial experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience and/or other service-related experience
