Position Overview: 
As an Automotive Mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they are back to pre-accident condition. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Perform thorough diagnostic procedures to identify vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • ADAS recalibrations: Performing ADAS calirbations on vehicles once they have been repairs in order to clear codes or recalibrate front cameras, lane keeping assist and so on.
  • Pre and Post repair scans. Scanning the vehicles when they are dropped off for repairs to see if there are any codes from the accident. Then scanning again after repairs to ensure there are none present after we have finished.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Conduct a wide range of repairs including engine overhauls, brake systems, suspension, exhaust systems, and electrical systems.
  • 4 and 2 Wheel Alignments
  • Suspension work (replacing knuckles, control arms, struts)
  • Tire & wheel swaps
  • Quality Control: Test vehicles to ensure repairs are completed accurately and safely. Tkaing on test drives to ensure all codes and lights are cleared. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in automotive repair preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
  • ASE certification is required.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Familiar with Hunter Hawkeye Alignment Machine

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
