As a Front Desk Assistant in our growing medical/wellness practice, you’ll serve as one of the “welcoming faces” of our practice and support both the clinical and non-clinical teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follow processes and procedures to create predictable, reliable and repeatable results.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and staff with energy and enthusiasm always
  • Manage a busy front of house area - think being the host of a party
  • Anticipating unstated needs of both staff and clients and identifying potential problems before they arise.
  • Maintain the aesthetic standard for the studio space so it is always “photo shoot” ready. You own the appearance of the clinic and hold everyone accountable to maintaining that standard.
  • Assist the management team with things that need to get done. No task is below you

Please apply if you have the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • At least 2 years experience serving as front desk, receptionist or guest services employee in an office focused on practicing medicine or related work environment in athletics or hospitality
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • Organized with a high level of attention to details: You keep lists, can multi-task, and understand how to prioritize what’s most important. You have a track record of being able to successfully juggle multiple responsibilities without letting things slip through the cracks
  • Excellent communication skills: You are great at communicating, but even better at listening. You know how to make people open up to you and make them feel safe. You take ownership of all communications between staff and clients and always reply in the appropriate amount of time. You remember even the tiniest of details and make sure they are communicated appropriately.
  • Energetic, friendly, and can confidently talk to our clients about ANYTHING. Much of this role is similar to “hosting a party” You will be welcoming people, helping them feel at home, and most importantly, ensuring that they leave our office feeling better than they did when they walked through the door.
  • You are a quick learner and have NO problem accepting feedback and taking direction
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, can climb up and down a ladder, and are able to physically clean/move gym equipment as needed
  • Advanced computer user- preferably Mac AND tech savvy
