  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for work orders.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
