As our Broker of Record in Southern Florida, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, leading the charge in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world. What You'll Do 

  • Spearhead our expansion into the Southern Florida market 
  • Leverage our established brand to cultivate a strong presence in South Florida by developing and implementing strategies that position us as a leader in the local real estate market 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of agents 
  • Ensure compliance with all Florida real estate laws and regulations 
  • Collaborate with our North American Operations and Technology department to harness our proven success strategies for continued growth and expansion 
  • Conduct business development and create corporate strategic opportunities for the organization 
  • Build an inviting and warm culture 

 

What We're Looking For 

  • Florida Real Estate Broker's license (required) with 5+ years of experience 
  • Proven track record of success in real estate (trading, team/office leadership, management, etc.) 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills 
  • In-depth knowledge of the Southern Florida real estate market 
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities 
  • Comfortable with being in the spotlight and representing a high-profile brand 
  • Collaborative and open (reporting directly to ownership group)
