The ideal candidate will be someone who has pre-existing client relationships, thrives on building new relationships, has a strong sense of humor, and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. Responsibilities 

- Client Whisperer: Build and maintain rock-solid relationships that keep clients coming back for more WOW moments.

- Data Detective: Track and record key metrics throughout the sales process like it’s your favorite mystery novel.

- Goal Crusher: Not only meet but exceed financial targets—because we don’t do “average” at WOW.

- Industry Insider: Stay up to date with what’s hot (and not) in the advertising world so you can bring the best to our clients.

- Team Collaborator: Work with WOW’s creative, operations, and administrative teams to deliver campaigns that go off without a hitch.


Qualifications 

- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience turning ideas into income.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills that would make Shakespeare jealous.

- Exceptional organizational skills—because chaos is for the competition.


More Responsibilities 

- Collaborate closely with WOW’s creative and operations teams to execute tailored media solutions that make other billboards jealous.

- Handle any billing and account management issues like a pro.

- Most importantly, be an awesome WOW team member who embodies our culture of fun, innovation, and a little mischief.


Minimum Requirements 

- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing a book of business faster than we can say “WOW”

- A can-do attitude and the “ability to close”—not just doors, but deals

- Skilled in managing customer relationships, turning first-time clients into long-term partners.


Skills and Qualifications 

- Relationship Rockstar: You’ve got the knack for building connections, both inside and outside the office.

- Customer Service Ace: You make clients feel like royalty and know how to pitch ideas that make jaws drop.

- Media Savvy: A strong understanding of the OOH media space, because this is our playground.

- Sales Ninja: Proficient in all stages of the sales cycle, from “Hi, nice to meet you” to “Let’s make magic together.”

- Communications Champion: You could sell a popsicle to a polar bear. And you can do it with style, whether you’re writing, speaking, or presenting.

- Self-Motivated Dynamo: You’re driven, goal-oriented, and don’t need anyone to remind you to chase success.
