Job Responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator
- The Payroll Coordinator will assist in processing Bi Weekly Union Payroll (120EE's)
- Process unemployment claims
- Process layoffs
- Verification of employment
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Data entry
- Prepare labor reporting for cost plus jobs
- Cross train weekly union hourly payroll
- Cross train biweekly management payroll
Requirements for the Payroll Coordinator
- 4+ years payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
- Strong Excel skills
