Enterprise Client Success Manager

Reporting to the VP of Client Services (Enterprise), you’ll take on a leadership role in cultivating and expanding long-term, strategic partnerships with Enterprise clients. Your deep understanding of their business challenges will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling you to deliver tailored AI solutions that propel their growth and innovation.

Role Responsibilites:
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate Strong Partnerships: Develop and sustain impactful relationships with executives and key decision-makers at our Enterprise clients, positioning yourself as a vital partner in their success.
- Be the Strategic Advisor: Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s unique business and technical needs to provide tailored AI solutions that meet their strategic goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Drive Growth and Innovation: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding services with existing clients, leveraging your insights to recommend enhancements that drive both revenue growth and increased service utilization.
Solution Delivery Excellence
- Lead the Client Services Lifecycle: Take ownership of the complete client journey, from crafting proposals and initiating projects to overseeing successful implementation and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate for Optimal Results: Work closely with our expert teams—data scientists, engineers, and AI practitioners—to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Optimize Project Efficiency: Partner with NLP Logix Shared Services teams and clients to define project scope, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience.
- Maintain Transparent Communication: Keep clients informed with clear, proactive updates on project progress, and address any issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Leadership and Strategic Impact
- Foster a Collaborative Culture: Collaborate with NLP Logix Shared Services teams to create and sustain a high-performance environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Shape Strategic Direction: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the Client Services team and across NLP Logix, influencing key business strategies and objectives.
- Provide Market Insights: Share valuable perspectives on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to drive business development and enhance our market position.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing client relationships and delivering complex technology solutions in Enterprise IT or Data Science sectors.
- Relationship Building: Proven success in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with executives and decision-makers.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate complex systems and business processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by Enterprise businesses in the digital era.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading change with cross-functional teams in dynamic, results-driven environments.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Attributes: Disciplined, organized, and operates with integrity and humility.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen emotional intelligence.
- Resilience and Flexibility: Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
- Change-Oriented: Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
