Fisher Brothers is seeking a creative, dynamic, and passionate graphic designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple brands within our portfolio, designing compelling, strategic, and on-brand creative materials. You’ll be responsible for producing visually engaging content across various mediums, including corporate pitch decks, presentations, branding, social media, digital marketing, and consumer-facing materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A strong enthusiasm for learning, especially around AI tools and trends, is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce creative assets including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, signage (window/building), flyers, posters, pitch materials, event collateral, and social media content.
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative ideas that align with brand and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external marketing and creative agencies to ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for both new and ongoing projects.
- Produce creative slide decks for corporate presentations and internal briefs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting creative and brand standards.
- Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovation and AI tools into design processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, finance, or corporate sectors.
- Proven expertise in brand identity design, corporate presentations, and digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of the production process, from concept to final execution, including file preparation and installation.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Illustrator).
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creativity and design innovation.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excitement about integrating new technologies and trends into your design work.
