Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced, self-directed Sr. Technical Partner Programs Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for Migration and Modernization with our most strategic partners.
This highly visible role will work closely with assigned partners to develop global, strategic plans which include building awareness, generating demand and driving pipeline & revenue. The role will partner with product, field, brand, digital, and partner marketing teams to define and execute a global demand, content and campaign strategy that drives acquisition and engagement across the customer journey for migration and modernization. You will act as the primary contact for your partners worldwide, including regular participation in team calls across the globe, in-person meetings and planning sessions.
This role requires a proven leader with the demonstrated ability to think strategically to build and convey compelling value propositions and content with partners. You will work closely with their partners and their team to identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to market to with joint value propositions for using AWS. You will work closely with your partners and our Geo-based partner teams to help execute these programs regionally. You will monitor partner marketing performance against key metrics and be an expert resource on marketing processes and guidelines for partners.
The ideal candidate will have creative ideas to combine with extensive analytic and data-driven customer demand generation experience. The ability to effectively communicate across both technical and non-technical audiences is critical. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. A solid understanding of cloud architecture and the cloud landscape are critical to this role.

Position may be located in or near any Amazon/AWS U.S. Corp office only. Relocation offered from within the US only to these locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global partner leadership, marketing, and field partner marketing to identify priorities, focus partner marketing initiatives, and success metrics for migration and modernization.
- You will constantly monitor and support partner utilization of Development Funds and enable appropriate spend of MDF on initiatives including being an expert resource on process and guidelines.
- Think big and innovate to develop best-in-class partner marketing programs and motions to successfully drive migration of enterprise applications to AWS through partners.
- Develop and monitor partner marketing plans with focus partners to effectively drive customer awareness and adoption of AWS services for enterprise applications.
- Market at scale by designing partner marketing programs and campaign templates that can be implemented by global and regional partners.
- Drive awareness and demand to AWS partner offerings through partner-led campaigns and messaging.
- Build and promote customer case studies with partners to provide customers with tangible results and implementation stories.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
