In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with clients, delivering proactive and consultative service while ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction. You’ll manage client relationships, provide regular updates, and play a crucial part in the overall success of our organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify exciting business development opportunities and address key gaps to drive growth.
  • Understand and manage the financial aspects of the business to ensure profitability.
  • Handle escalated claims and resolve conflicts effectively with poise and professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of work while ensuring compliance with all relevant documentation.
  • Develop and implement innovative problem-solving strategies that deliver results.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with trades to monitor job progress.
  • Act as a liaison between insurance companies and insured parties to facilitate smooth interactions.
  • Proactively resolve disputes and issues as they arise.
  • Familiarity with systems like Dash & Easybuild is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
  • Ensure all work meets legislative and contractual OH&S requirements.
  • Oversee inspections, certifications, and maintain relevant documentation.


Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous project management experience is highly desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills that foster collaboration.
  • A proven track record in driving profitable sales growth and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Empathy and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Local industry contacts would be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to grow business and client relationships.
  • Experience in managing delivery processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A current motor vehicle license is required.
