We are seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to join our team in West Florida. This role is crucial in driving our mission of excellence in construction, overseeing the full scope of MEP/Interior job site activities, and ensuring project success from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day MEP/Interior construction activities.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently to optimize costs and timelines.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, team members, and trade partners.
  • Generate detailed daily reports
  • Supervise and coordinate all MEP/Interior work, including field personnel and subcontractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to coordinate site activities
  • Maintain open communication with the Project Manager
  • Ensure all construction aligns with approved plans, coordinate and document inspections, manage material orders
  • Lead the project team to complete the work within budget and on schedule, while prioritizing safety and quality.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in MEP & Interior construction
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Commercial construction experience, in sectors such as Multi-Family, Hospitality, and Schools
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated


Education & Certifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • OSHA 30 Safety Certification
