As Precoa's Software Development Manager , you'll guide a talented team of developers building innovative tools that make meaningful impact across our organization. You'll be hands-on at first, diving into our codebase and learning our systems, then step into leading up to six developers as you shape the future of our software solutions. You'll balance leadership and collaboration-mentoring developers, setting clear goals, and building efficient, scalable systems that empower our people to do their best work. Lead and inspire: Mentor developers and foster a culture of innovation, craftsmanship, and accountability. Drive excellence through establishing KPIs, implementing best practices and ensuring projects meet reliability goals. Build and improve: Design and enhance full-stack web applications that streamline processes and deliver business value. Collaborate with purpose: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions. Stay hands-on: Write and review code, automate testing, and guide architectural decisions that set the standard for quality.
