Job Description (attach doc with detailed job description):
Position Overview:
Perform assembly tests / inspection of transformers at various locations in the assembly plants per established procedures.
Monitor conformance to quality standards.
Perform the following tests as required per established procedures: ratio (variety), resistance (variety), continuity, VFI, CT, and hipot (applied potential).
Inspection of unit nameplates, stamp impedance value on nameplates, and secure nameplates to tested units.
Perform visual inspection on interior of unit upon completion of testing.
Completing various company forms to communicate inspection status and other information and to document inspection results per established procedures.
Collecting various types of data per established procedures as require.
Understand and follow the EQMS policies.
Qualifications:
Engineer , electronics
Education requirement
Bachelors degree in engineering
Associate of Electrical testing.
An electrician – someone familiar with electrical theory and can read blue prints etc.
