Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development professional with a strong “hunter” mentality to drive new business in the BFSI sector.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, building relationships with C-level executives, and closing high-value deals.
You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on expanding market share within banking, financial services, and insurance.
10+years of experience in sales/business development in BFSI, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
