About the Role:

The Director of Finance will enhance financial asset returns by developing robust financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems. We seek a candidate with strong financial and accounting expertise who can strategize at a high-level while being detail-oriented and hands-on when needed.


Director of Finance Responsibilities:

  • Provides timely and accurate budget analysis and financial insights to the management team.
  • Suggests and creates policies, procedures, and systems to achieve company goals.
  • Analyzes profitability for products, customers, and channels.
  • Offers proactive advice on improving profitability.
  • Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities and investments to improve company profits.
  • Sets up financial reporting systems and controls to ensure adherence to company policies and customer requirements.
  • Forecasts cash flow and optimizes working capital.
  • Improves bank and deposit relationships and implements strategies for enhancement.
  • Leads and develops the finance team to support company initiatives.


Director of Finance Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or related discipline, required.
  • 5+ years proven leadership experience in finance and accounting management ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Ambitious, driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
