Key Responsibilities:

As a Mid-Level Employment Attorney, you’ll play an integral role within the Employment Law team, focusing on both litigation and advisory services, including:

  • Representing clients in wage and hour disputes under federal and state laws, as well as medical leave and disability cases (FMLA, ADA, PWFA).
  • Managing discrimination and harassment cases under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and FLSA.
  • Advising on employment policies related to hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Handling non-compete and non-solicitation agreements with strategic employment guidance.
  • Providing counsel on workers’ compensation, unemployment, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver comprehensive, strategic legal solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5-15 years of experience in employment law, including litigation and advisory roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, PWFA, NLRA).
  • Proven track record in wage and hour disputes, disability, and discrimination cases.
  • Skilled in employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and related advisory work.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Strong research, communication, and client relationship skills.

Interview Process:

  • Initial Interview – A 45-minute to 1-hour meeting with members of the employment law team, conducted via Zoom or on-site.
