Role: Administrative Support – Health and Safety Administrator
Duration:: 3 month initial contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative professional to support the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain safety records, and ensure system data accuracy while supporting compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update safety records (risk assessments, incident reports, training logs, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- System Oversight: Review and ensure all fields in the incident management system (e.g., Riskonnect) are accurately filled out, following provided criteria.
- Compliance Support: Assist in tracking and reporting regulatory changes and aligning company practices with safety regulations.
- Incident Reporting: Facilitate the submission and follow-up of incident reports, organizing related documentation.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for EHS inquiries and distribute updates or safety bulletins.
- General Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage administrative aspects of health and safety programs.
- Familiarity with EHS concepts or experience with systems like Riskonnect (preferred but not required).
This role is ideal for someone who excels at administrative tasks, system oversight, and contributing to the smooth operation of EHS programs.
