Job Scope:


1. Understand global IT policy and join global Infra integration project.

2. Understand ERP and T2 system to join global ERP integration project

3. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.

4. Develop training materials and procedures, train users in the proper use of hardware and software.

5. Level1 System/Network engineer on key system’s deployment / maintenance / troubleshooting.

6. Ensure SOX IT compliance in IT operations.

7. Take on additional IT tasks and responsibilities as and when required.


EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS


(Please include minimum education & experience required and key personal characteristics needed to be successful in the position)

Requirements:


1. Daily infrastructure and Software support for Compass sites around 300 users, ensure smooth running of IT systems and ensuring no impact plant operation due to IT issue.

2. PC user support include HW and Software, make sure the PC client follow SBD PC and security policy

3. Network integration with global network

4. System integration with global system

5. Server Maintenance

Personal Attributes (Personal Characteristics)

1. Computer related major, college or above.

2. Experience in EUC area.

3. Good IT management skill and teamwork spirit

Education or Experience

1. University or above in computer science and related field

2. 2-5 year working experiences in IT field.

3. Has at least 2-year experience in managing computer Hardware and EUC support experience.
