Mortgage Loan Specialist, in Moorpark, CA

Completely in office/onsite (Please DO NOT apply if you do not reside in Southern California)

MUST be able to work in Moorpark office, Monday - Friday.

$23-$24/hourly

Responsibilites:

* Perform Doc Drawing and Closing

* Perform data entry and validation tasks

* Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

* Review and validate loan documents

* Handle calls, emails and/or chat responses

* Monitor work queues and intervene as needed

* Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

* Doc Drawing and Closing Experience IS A MUST

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
