Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, sub contractors, and other external personnel
  • Compile project folders
  • Follow projects from bid submittals, to in progress, to completion
  • Verify pricing and quotes
  • Manage COI's
  • Report weekly on status of project
  • Work closely with Project Managers
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Deadline driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of construction bases software such as: Bluebeam, Procore, etc.
  • CRM system knowledge
  • 2-3 years in construction based industry
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Multi task and handle multiple projects at one time
  • Self starter mentality


Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
100% on site in Annapolis Junction, MD
Payrate $50k to $65k annually depending on experience
