JOB TITLE: Sr. Technical Program Manager - ServiceNow Implementation
Location: San Jose, CA Hybrid Tuesdays and Thursdays in Office
Duration: 6+ Month
Job Description:
Client needs to hire a very experienced Technical Project Manager to help deliver ServiceNow projects for the ServiceNow implementation that is currently in progress. The Projects are centered around multiple ServiceNow modules, including CLOUD OPERATIONS AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT.
Candidates must have strong leadership skills:
KEY REQUIREMENT: If project status and updates are being discussed in a meeting, Sr TPM must be able to follow all of the content. Stakeholders move quickly so the Sr TPM needs to be able to take command of the meeting and keep everyone on track.
Sr TPM will work with VP level executives.
The Sr. TPM will need to be strong enough to deliver truthful realistic updates on project plans.
The focus of the Sr TPM role is “Partnering and Supporting” with all stakeholders
Client is Implementing certain HR modules of Workday.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Client is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Information Technology and Enterprise Applications team. With your strong communication and technical program management skills, you will partner and work closely with technology and business stakeholders to help deliver ServiceNow Projects.
This position requires a highly driven individual with a reputation for excellence and demonstrated experience in delivering top cross-functional programs in fast-paced SaaS technical environments. The ideal candidate will be able to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Your Background:
- BA/BS technical/business degree or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years enterprise level technical program management experience with proven track record of delivery implementing enterprise ServiceNow projects.
- Strong proficiency in SDLC, Jira and Agile best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in Microsoft/GSuite.
- Strong experience with business productivity tools including Asana, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce.
- Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy.
