We are hiring an Entry level Bartenders/Servers for our award-winning gated community in Loudoun County, Virginia.

As a Bartender, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating a positive experience for our residents, we encourage you to apply to this opportunity.

Compensation: Pay range $16.00/hour - $18.00/hour- no tips

  • Work Schedule- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (1:00 pm to 9:00 pm )

  • Weekend availability and some holidays

How you will make an Impact

  • Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Become a subject matter expert on menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

  • Prepare cocktails and serves nonalcoholic drinks and food to patrons of the pub or restaurant.

  • Take food and beverage orders and handle payment.

  • Replenish and prepare supplies.

What you will need

  • Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol

  • Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred.

  • T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred. Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier.

  • Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language.

  • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
