  • Hands-On Sales Training: Immerse yourself in 4-6 weeks of comprehensive training to master our products and sales strategies, setting you up for success from day one.
  • Direct Sales Impact: Take ownership of your projects with responsibilities that include face-to-face client meetings, proactive prospecting, and strategic cold calling. You’ll start with a mix of warm leads and have the opportunity to cultivate your own pipeline.
  • Exciting Regional Travel: Enjoy the thrill of regional travel within 75-100 miles of the office, perfect for those who relish meeting new clients and closing deals on the go.


Your Role:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead projects with a sales-focused approach, ensuring not only smooth execution but also maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, transforming interactions into long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Company Ambassador: Represent Black Bear Coatings & Concrete with in-depth knowledge of our products, leveraging this to drive sales and showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Customer Solutions: Address customer inquiries and needs with a solutions-oriented mindset, following up on leads and converting past clients into future opportunities.
  • Sales Tools Mastery: Utilize Salesforce to track and manage account activities, turning insights into actionable strategies for increased sales success.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales-Driven Experience: If you have a background in sales, especially in the construction trade, you’ll be ahead of the curve and ready to hit the ground running
  • Communication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Organized & Efficient: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple sales opportunities and projects.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail to ensure precision and success in every aspect of your sales strategy.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive, responsible individual who excels independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to read plans and drawings is a plus, adding depth to your sales approach.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Required for regional travel to meet clients and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check to join our team.
