Looking for a talented Senior Frontend Developer to join the Yourco team
Yourco is a B2B SaaS platform that establishes an internal communication and automation infrastructure for organizations with a non-desk workforce. Think "Slack" for traditional, blue-collar industries.
Selected by SXSW 2023 as one of the top 5 future of work technologies around the world, our customers include small businesses and Fortune 500 enterprises in manufacturing, construction, transportation, warehousing, healthcare, agriculture, real estate, and other industries that employ a non-desk workforce. In this position you will (Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of new user-facing features in our applications, ensuring they are efficient and responsive.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Oversee and ensure the reliability and robustness of the frontend codebase, addressing bugs, performance issues, and other anomalies quickly and efficiently.
- Conduct code reviews for peers to maintain high coding standards, readability, and maintainability of the codebase.
- Implement and advocate for best practices in coding and architectural design, focusing on frontend technologies.
- Work with the backend development team to design and optimize API interactions for frontend functionality, ensuring seamless data exchange and application performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive frontend testing frameworks.
- Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.
Required Skills:
- Frameworks: React, Next.js
- Languages: Javascript, Typescript, CSS, HTML
- Experience with frontend build tools. (Vite, Webpack, ...)

- Jest
- Cypress
- Tailwind
- GraphQL
- REST APIs
- WebSocket
