StevenDouglas has been exclusively retained by Kalahari Development to find a world-class Project Manager to join their growing team and serve as the right-hand to the new VP of Construction for a new $1B project.

They’re embarking on their latest venture in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, where they’ve just broken ground on a massive 1.4 million square foot resort set to open in 2026. This will be a state-of-the-art facility featuring a waterpark, indoor theme park, convention center, and multiple restaurants and bars, as well as nearly 1,000 hotel rooms.

While the initial focus will be on the Spotsylvania resort property, once it's complete, the position will evolve into a hybrid role, allowing you to lead and contribute to multiple ongoing construction projects across Kalahari's portfolio of assets.
