The pay range for this role is $80k- $120k including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). JD:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
7-10+ years of Systems Engineering Experience
Experience in Traffic and Surveillance Avionics system
Knowledge of System design, software and hardware for Transponder and surveillance Avionics
Customer Interaction
Project Oversight / Coordination
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in TCAS/Collision Avoidance, CN&S and Avionics technologies
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on Next-Generation and New Product Development projects for TCAS/Collision Avoidance, Transponder and Surveillance Avionics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions
