Location: Houston, Tx 77043
Pay: $24-26/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job roles and recruitment strategies.
- Handle inquiries and proactively reach out to candidates.
- Screen candidates for qualifications and work history.
- Oversee background checks, drug tests, and other pre-employment processes.
- Meet monthly hiring targets, focusing on critical roles.
- Manage onboarding in SuccessFactors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience recruiting blue-collar workers in construction, transportation, logistics, etc.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and labor standards (preferred).
Top Skills:
- Strong understanding of blue-collar roles in construction, transportation, and logistics.
- Skilled in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple roles and onboarding tasks.
- Problem-solving, adaptable, and goal-oriented in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Sales and negotiation skills to attract and secure candidates.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
