Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Delivery Director to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in driving the success of complex digital transformation programs, collaborating across multiple functions, and ensuring the seamless delivery of customer-centric solutions. The Director of Program Delivery and Program management will be responsible for scaling up a highly functional team, create KPIs and metrics to track , create guardrails for program governance. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex programs from initiation to successful release. Candidate will play a key leadership role in managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic vision, and ensuring the timely delivery of digital solutions. This position requires a blend of technical, strategic, and leadership expertise, with a focus on delivering scalable and engaging customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex digital programs from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and executives to define and drive project objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define strategic vision, set clear goals, and ensure alignment across teams and departments.
  • Drive production launches, ensuring all technical, operational, and quality requirements are met on time and within budget.
  • Leverage your understanding of digital technology, design principles, and user experience to deliver innovative solutions that resonate with customers.
  • Lead discussions on technical trade-offs and design decisions, ensuring the best outcomes for both the business and the customer experience.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed proactively and solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the team, ensuring continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.


Required Qualifications:

  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Digital Design, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 17+ years of experience in program management or digital delivery, with a proven track record of leading complex programs in a technology-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital strategy, technology, and design, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects and teams.
  • Experience working with executives and stakeholders to drive business goals, manage expectations, and deliver value.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a must.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in the telecom industry
