Our client, a leader in multi-family renovation construction is seeking a Data Specialist/Smartsheet Administrator responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process solutions that leverage Smartsheet’s data management and automation capabilities to improve project management processes and drive operational efficiency. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather department requirements and standard operating procedures, develop application solutions, and integrate Smartsheet with other tools and systems.


About the Role

  • Design and develop custom solutions within the Smartsheet platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Smartsheet with other software applications to enhance functionality and streamline workflows.
  • Create automated workflows using Smartsheet automation features to improve efficiency.
  • Design dashboards for real-time data visualization and analysis.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and update existing Smartsheet applications as needed.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Smartsheet best practices and tools.
  • Stay updated on Smartsheet features and industry trends to continuously enhance system performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or others relevant to Smartsheet development.
  • Strong understanding of Smartsheet functionalities, including reporting, dashboards, automation, and Smartsheet premium applications.
  • Experience with API integrations and web services.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Smartsheet development and integration.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of other project management software.
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint Vista or other accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodology.


Salary

$65k-$85k plus benefits
