Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Transportation Civil Engineer to be our Team Leader in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering experience with a focus in Transportation projects working with public and private clients. Team Leader - Senior Transportation Civil Engineer (P.E.) Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation project delivery
  • Municipal and DOT experience preferred
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required (Arkansas preferred)
  • Proficiency with MicroStation, InRoads and OpenRoads preferred
  • Ability to lead a project, and supervise technical staff
  • Responsibilities include client interaction and development, project production, and staffing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success.
