Role

Financial Service Professional: Provide full consultative service to Financial Advisors, offering white-glove service and resolving issues ranging from simple to complex.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Guide through application processes, potentially involving the client.
  • Handle retirement account transactions.
  • Use the Move Money tool to transfer assets/forms and resolve errors.
  • Manage back-office processing.
  • Assist new advisors needing significant support or experienced advisors whose administrative staff are unavailable.

What You'll Do

As a Financial Service Professional, you will:

  • Participate in a four-month training program, studying for and obtaining your SIE while receiving extensive training on systems and products.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and Investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily post-training.
  • Address simple account inquiries and support complex financial transactions.

  • Research & Navigate: Conduct detailed research for accurate client solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Ideal Candidates:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Registration: SIE required within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, preferably in a team-based environment.
  • Core Skills: Empathy, problem-solving, attention to detail, and curiosity for continuous learning.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desirable: Experience or education in financial services.

Work Schedule and Location

  • Schedule: Regularly scheduled shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
  • Location: Hybrid model, requiring significant in-office presence during training and a combination of remote and onsite work post-training, based on business needs.
