Their progressive Architecture team seeks talented K12 (Building Design) Practice Leader. Practice Leaders have a passion for designing Education environments, finding the Mission for each client. Whether the project is small or large a candidate will thrive on creating solutions that make these spaces better for the people who occupy them.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT….

  • Collaborate on education projects
  • Concept to complete construction documents
  • Document design work from design presentation to construction documents
  • Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
  • Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.

  • Deep K12 Building Design experience is a must
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of the design process
  • Ability to work through fast paced projects
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
  • General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
  • Independent problem-solving
  • Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs.
  • Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
  • Collaborate with in house teams across their three offices
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit and Adobe Suite
  • Other preferred knowledge: Newforma Project Center, Sketchup and MS Office 365
