Planner/Scheduler – Shape the Future of Manufacturing with Us

What You’ll Do Daily:

  • Scheduling Mastery: Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer deadlines and resource availability.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to monitor material readiness and workflow efficiency.
  • Priority Management: Adjust schedules and prioritize tasks to address capacity challenges and meet project timelines.
  • Data-Driven Oversight: Analyze production metrics, track progress, and recommend improvements to enhance operations.
  • Process Alignment: Lead regular meetings to coordinate schedules, address delays, and ensure seamless production processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Expertise: 3+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling within manufacturing.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
  • Team-Oriented Approach: Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration across departments.
  • Accountability: Reliable on-site attendance and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve scheduling or resource issues.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Understanding of vLoopup function and Pivot Tables necessary
