Product Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the entertainment space, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the team in Orlando, FL The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product management with familiarity with the digital product management process. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills and be a detail-oriented contributor
Experience of the right candidate:
- 3+ years of digital product management or equivalent experience, particularly in guest-facing products or tools.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage sustainment work for tech teams, handle defects, and drive forward minor enhancements.
- Experience in gathering and filtering user feedback, specifically from cast members, and presenting it for development and enhancements.
- Familiarity with digital product management processes, including feature development, validation, and user feedback loops.
- Operational experience or deep understanding of guest experience, preferably within theme parks, resorts, or similar environments.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and operational partners.
- Experience with hospitality or resort operations, and a strong understanding of the guest journey.
- Excellent project leadership skills, with experience driving conversations and decisions across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with bi-coastal or international teams.
- Background in marketing or content management.
- Ability to think strategically and take personal initiative to drive results.
