What you will do:
Act as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are met.
Maintain detailed andaccuraterecords of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other communications.
Coordinate orders to ensure they are configured, quoted, scheduled, shipped, and invoiced accurately and on time.
Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks to resolve inquiries andfacilitatesmooth product flow.
Identifyand implement process improvements using innovative approaches and current technologies.
Recommend best practices to enhance order coordination and operational efficiency.

What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Businessor a related field, or eight (8) years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
At least two (2) years of relevant industry experience.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Proficiencyin order management systems, CRMs, and quoting tools (preferred).
Advancedexpertisein Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and time-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across multiple departments and levels.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams.
