JOB SUMMARY
This position oversees caregiver entry associates who are responsible for reviewing new hire packets for all caregivers (co-employment and FEA), working with the program office team to correct mistakes, and inputting the completed packets into our systems of record. They report all employee demographic and pay information, process pay selection information, and communicate with payroll coordinators and data entry teams to resolve any setup issues that could delay payment of services.
JOB DUTIES
- Oversee day to day processing of all caregiver new hire packets
- Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
- Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Oversee compliance with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
- Oversee advanced reporting
- Demonstrate dependability
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exhibit computer efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvement efforts
- Oversee special projects
- Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
- Market services to referral sources
- Participate in, and assign, professional development and training activities
- Prioritize and multitask effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees
- Implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with caregiver new hire packets
- Resolve escalated complaints from internal and external clients
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- 2-4 years previous office experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience
- 2 years leadership experience preferred
- Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
