Wolf Global is seeking an experienced director to head the firm's business intelligence and investigations practice.


Candidates must have experience in a top tier global investigations consulting firm or law firm.


Candidates with a portable book of business may be considered for immediate, full-time, permanent placement, while other candidates may be considered for contract positions with the opportunity for permanent placement. All qualified candidates should apply.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Provide leadership and direction


  • You will lead Wolf Global's business intelligence and investigations practice.
  • You will be responsible for understanding why an investigation is required, developing an investigative plan to meet those requirements, and staffing the investigation with internal or external resources.
  • You will delegate tasks, direct multidisciplinary teams, and handle or coordinate all aspects of the investigation.
  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for the production of world class investigative products, in the form of reports, dossiers, presentations, or otherwise, as required.


Originate business and bolster practice marketing and recruiting initiatives


  • As a senior member of the firm, you will be expected to originate business by raising awareness of Wolf Global’s unique suite of services among top tier law firms, corporates, private equity and venture capital firms, government agencies, and private clients.
  • You will identify, interview, and recruit new candidates to the firm who would ultimately report to you.


Enhance collaboration and client improvement strategies


  • You will build relationships of trust with existing and new clients and determine how Wolf Global can help those clients better mitigate risks, resolve disputes, respond to crises, and seize opportunities.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience leading corporate investigations, financial investigations, asset tracing, or investigative due diligence, in a top tier global investigations consulting firm, global law firm, or global management consulting firm.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a portable book of business.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Exceptional reputation among clients and colleagues.
