Mishkon residential program helps this population with that challenge. As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a teacher, a mentor, a role model, and a friend, helping this population achieve a great quality of life. That means helping them build and practice independent living skills – everything from supporting daily routines such as making plans with friends, joining community events, grocery shopping and cooking, to personal care and recreational activities. Simply put, it’s a chance to help others thrive.

 

Qualifications 

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • A current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
  • AMAP certification
  • Prior experience in a residential setting is preferred
