Director of Operations

As Operations Director, you'll be joining a team of passionate professionals who are laser-focused on creating outstanding experiences at our business centers while maintaining a supportive and connected company culture.
The Role:
We are seeking a driven Operations Director with 5 -7 years of experience, with at least 4 years of leadership skills to manage and grow our network of community and regional managers. You will take the skills you've learned throughout your career and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the table, helping to shape strategy, align teams, and move our business forward. If you're tired of micromanaging and ready to lead through vision and collaboration, this could be the perfect role for you
You will oversee the US region including 4 regional managers and their teams, ensuring the smooth operations of the spaces nationally. With an exciting pipeline of new centers, your focus will be on starting new locations, managing 3rd party deals while keeping our operational standards high, and guiding your team to success.
This role requires 25-30% travel to our centers, manage projects, and keep the team motivated. You'll work from one of our centers, getting to know the teams firsthand, building strong connections, and driving accountability across the board.

- Relationship builder: You excel at building strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization, from community managers to regional managers and beyond.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a growing team: Oversee your team of regional managers.
- Drive operational success: facilitate the opening of new business centers and manage 3rd party partnerships, ensuring we maintain excellence across the board.
- Collaborate: Report directly to the executive team and play a key role in aligning the company’s vision with our operational strategy.
- Travel: Expect about 25-30% travel to various centers for oversight, strategy implementation, and team building.
