Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within the insurance industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, RPA, AI, and project management. You will work closely with high-profile stakeholders, change agents, and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline operations, and deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Design: Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other documentation to visualize processes.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements and design solutions.
- RPA and AI Implementation: Work with RPA and AI development teams to implement automation solutions.
- Define automation scope, identify potential challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions to ensure optimal results.
- Project Management: Manage projects effectively, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project status and gather requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Influence and persuade stakeholders to support automation initiatives.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience in business analysis and process improvement.
- 1+ years of experience working in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of RPA, AI, and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with business process modeling tools (BPMN, UML).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana).
- Methodologies with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) is a nice to have.
