What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies to establish the employer’s presence in the LATAM market
- Lead and grow the LATAM sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets

- Provide regular updates on market trends and sales performance to senior leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive B2B sales leadership experience, particularly in LATAM or emerging regions
- Proven history of closing $100k+ deals at the executive level
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building market presence from scratch in emerging markets
- Familiarity with customer success and product teams to enhance market fit
- Proven track record of identifying new market opportunities and partnerships
