Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed sales objectives in the construction software market.
  2. Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, construction firms, and other key stakeholders, aligning solutions with their needs.
  3. Research and identify potential opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and leveraging your professional contacts.
  4. Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the organization.
  5. Present the value of the company's SaaS offerings effectively to prospective clients.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless software integration and exceptional client experiences.
  7. Maintain precise records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM platforms.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Minimum of five years in SaaS business development or sales, with a preference for experience in construction-focused technology.
  3. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  6. A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
  1. Up to $170,000 OTE, combining base salary and commission.
