Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Days Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Location:895 Howard Gap Road; Fletcher, NC 28732

The role you’ll contribute: The Patient Resource Team is a metrics-based inbound scheduling and clinical contact center for physician offices. Our team is often the first contact for a new patient and the ongoing connection to their provider for all their health & wellness needs. The AdventHealth Mission and Service Standards guide each call with the goal of personalized customer service to achieve First Call Resolution.

The value you’ll bring to the team:
* Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner.
* Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols.
* Provides appropriate chart documentation.
* Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.

Qualifications - External

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
* High school graduate or equivalent required
* 2 years + in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant.
* Certified Medical Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

* EMR systems: 3 years (Preferred)
* Vital signs: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* BLS Certification (Preferred)
* Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
* Fletcher, NC 28732: Relocate before starting work (Required)
