Title : Salesforce Administrator
Location : Tallahassee, FL | Duration: Full Time
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience as Salesforce Platform Administrator/ Developer.
* Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development on Salesforce platform.
* Should have good experience working on a high volume of transactions/data.
* Experience in technologies such as Apex, AURA and LWC.
* Experience with Flow or Process Builder.
* Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
* Adapt the Salesforce platforms out-of-the-box functionality to fit an organizations unique workflows, processes, and data models.
* Ability to analyze solves business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform.
* Excellent Communication Skills and able to clearly define the issue to the customer and provide solutions.
* Experience with Case Management.
* Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
* Monitoring and improve Org Health, External Integrations and maintaining security standards.
* Experience with User Management especially profiles and permission sets.
* Experience working with Public Sector/Government is preferred.
Education
* Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other Information Technology major or equivalent work experience. Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for the network operations.
Work Environment:
* You and your manager will work together to determine the appropriate split of in-office and/or remote work.
Physical Demands:
* Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
* Communicating with others to exchange information.
* Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
* Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-Time, M-F: 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST
